Refund Policy

At KL Printing, we take pride in delivering high-quality print products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refund / Reprint

  • Refunds or reprints are only applicable if:
    • The product delivered is defective (e.g., printing error, wrong specifications, damage during delivery).
    • The product does not match the confirmed order details.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that match the approved design/proof cannot be refunded.
  • Customized and personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective.
  • Errors in content/design provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Process

  1. Contact us at sales@klprinting.com.my with your order number, photos, and details of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a refund, credit, or reprint at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

If a reprint is approved, we will cover the delivery charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

Orders

  • All orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork files and specifications are correct before confirmation.
  • Once an order is in production, no cancellation or changes are allowed.

Artwork & Printing

  • KL Printing is not responsible for errors in artwork/content supplied by customers.
  • Colours may vary slightly between digital screens and final printed products.

Payment

  • Full payment is required before production.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, FPX, or other available methods.

Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.
  • KL Printing is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, including business interruption or loss of profit.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
