Refund Policy
At KL Printing, we take pride in delivering high-quality print products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Refund / Reprint
- Refunds or reprints are only applicable if:
- The product delivered is defective (e.g., printing error, wrong specifications, damage during delivery).
- The product does not match the confirmed order details.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that match the approved design/proof cannot be refunded.
- Customized and personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective.
- Errors in content/design provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Process

- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange for a refund, credit, or reprint at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
If a reprint is approved, we will cover the delivery charges.
